I am here, at the newspaper and on this blog, because of the books I read as a child. So I love hearing about other kids who are inspired, and changed, by reading. Which automatically makes me a fan of “Letters About Literature,” a national reading program sponsored by the Library of Congress’ Center for the Book [...] One of my favorite “editor duties” is working on the advisory board of the Montana Festival of the Book. And one of my favorite parts of that annual fall festival is the attention given each year’s One Book Montana Selection.
